Time to laugh... possibly quite a lot
Ok so I was the sophomore class attendant for the coming home dance this year, some of you may remember that... way back. But I just recently received a picture of myself at the dance (via an email from Francisco). Well, its kind of amusing considering that I was representing my class and it was dark.

oh shut up. The way things are looking, yes, i am going...BUT, i can't drive there...i have more romantic things in mind once i get my license back. Screw dances, how about a fancy place to eat?
fries i dont see why or how you would have more romantic things to do when you get your license back since you complain when i get a girlfriend and you dont hahaha...but a fancy place to eat would be nice but i do eat well at fancy places...since i do tend to eat in not such a good manner

I'm glad that you have your computer the way you like it. It may slow down just a tad. If it does not change within the next few days than it will stay at the same performance level as current. Yes you can change the OS opening "menu". These are actually called "boot screens", "log-on screens", or "welcome screens". It just depends on what website you are looking at. Wincustomize.com and deviantart.com should have boot screens or whatever they call them. Simply download and install I think. I've never changed mine before except for when I installed the vista transformation pack. Have fun.
Goto wincustomize.com and on the right look for "logons". Choose your favorite.
If you are using Firefox, click on the thumbnail of the one you want. Click the red download button at right. Click save to disk. Move this into a folder where it will be safe and not modified. This is a .logonxp file. Double click and it is applied. NO INSTALL!!
Simple as that.
OK, I lied. I thought I would make sure that everything would work for you. It didn't work. So I found a way so you (ar anyone) will get stuck and confused. First click here:

This will download Logon Studio. This is freeware even though it will say something about registering. Say yes you want to register. Nothing will happen. No worries. Once installed and loaded click on Load at the bottom and point the Open window to where your .logonxp file is located. It will open, click apply. You computer will then act like it is shutting down. It is not! You will then be logged off and come face to face with your new log-on screen. Sign back in and everything is restored. I will post all this to my blog with more details probably later on.
